We will be glad to work with the buyer to meet their satisfaction regarding the coin holder. Buyer should notify seller within 10 days for a refund or to replace coin holder. Due to the various personal preferences regarding chains, Blessed with Cents is not a seller of chains. We sell our exclusive coin holder and provide an initial chain to enhance the gift.
